Ballinteer Venture Group meets on Thursday evenings with 16 members aged 15–17.
BVG puts you in the driver's seat. Each week, two or three Ventures plan and run the meetings themselves, with the planning team rotating so everyone gets a turn. It's a step up in independence and responsibility, with real adventures to go with it. Recent trips have included a camp in Luxembourg, Camp Aurora, a night hike and a trip to Wales.

Ventures plan and run their own programme. Thursday nights cover everything from skills sessions and outdoor challenges to social events and camp planning. Outside the den, BVG takes on multi-day trips, international camps and hikes in the Dublin Mountains. The Group Camp brings all sections together.
